This noon me n mum made popiah to bring to subang for my sis n bro.. This is the first time i was actually involved from the beginning til the very end of the process. Errr, well, usually i'll disappear half way and appear later on.=P
I shall blog on the popiah-making process as it is highly probable that i will forget the ingredients later on. Pai seh to keep asking mum.=P
Firstly, pics of all the ingredients.=)
Clockwise from top-left: Minced meat + corn flour, eggs, tau kua, bean sprout
Clockwise from top-left: Shredded sengkuang + carrot, diced garlic, smashed dried prawns using MORTAR AND PESTLE =D, fried egg cut into slices
Left: Vege which i don't rmbr the name-_-" Right: Popiah kulit
The process is basically after frying the garlic and dried prawns, throw everything in one by one and add oyster sauce, salt and everything nice..ehehehe..
When done, wrap the ingredients using the popiah skin and vege, n rmbr to add some kampung koh chilli sauce! ESSENTIAL!!
And tadaaaa! Completed popiah!^^
Obviously there are more la..but these three are for ilustration purposes, n i wrapped them! It's edible by the way!!
